Research on the Design of Surgical Auxiliary Equipment Based on AHP, QFD, and PUGH Decision Matrix

To improve the efficiency of medical staff in surgical operations and meet physiological psychological needs surgeons, nurses, patients during operations, auxiliary equipment is designed. This paper builds a design research model based on AHP (analytic hierarchy process), QFD (quality function deployment), Platts conceptual decision matrix (PUGH matrix). Firstly, user requirements are weighed through analysis, elements prioritized weight values. Then, used to analyze features from aspects structure, function, shape, house quality established get significance features. Finally, PUGH constructed screen evaluate multiple schemes, optimal scheme obtained. From perspective product characteristics, analyzed calculated, which guides practices complete innovative equipment. The combination AHP, QFD, matrices introduced into equipment, effectively avoiding subjective factors design, improving scientific nature providing new methods ideas for similar products.
